Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, seeks an entry-level Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries. You will work with top surgeons and medical staff in a team environment, supporting innovations and receiving comprehensive training.

The role is field-based with travel required and opportunities for career development through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years related experience; or an advanced degree with no experience
• CNIM certification required
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and anatomy/physiology preferred
• Operating Room experience preferred
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills in a team setting
• Willingness to travel and meet hospital privileges requirements

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed patient history and consult with surgeon on monitored modalities
• Communicate monitoring information to surgical team during procedures
• Display and label waveforms, calculate latencies and amplitudes per guidelines
• Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection
• Complete documentation and maintain IOM logs and files
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform maintenance checks
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and applicable policies
• Represent company professionally and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
• Travel up to 25% to support field-based responsibilities
