• Provide intraoperative nursing interventions with accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate care among team members; delegate duties as needed.
• Prepare supplies and equipment for procedures; maintain aseptic techniques.
