The Intramural Supervisor plays a key role in creating a diverse, inclusive, and engaging recreational environment for the University of San Diego community. This position is primarily responsible for the oversight and operations of the Intramural Sports program, as well as shared responsibility for Campus Recreation facility operations and student employee development.
Working closely with the Sports Club Supervisor and the Assistant Director of Recreation Programs /Recreational Wellness this position oversees Intramural programming, staffing, and facility operations at the Sports Center, Manchester Field, and Valley Fields during Intramural activities and assigned recreation special events. In partnership with professional staff, the position supports student development initiatives and may contribute to broader division or campus projects as needed.

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
Hours: 40 hours per week
