Boulder Valley School District in Louisville, CO, seeks an Intramural-Theater sponsor for Louisville Middle to direct and coordinate after-school activity. 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week), temporary through 03/09/2027, with pay range $329–$434.

The sponsor reports to the building principal and oversees organization, directions, and monitoring student eligibility and academic progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application.
• Communicate in English.

Summary:

Directs the activity and coordinates the program allowing students to develop their interests. The Intramural Sponsor for the program reports to the building principal.

Responsibilities:

Leadership is to be provided in the following areas:

• Organization and supervision of the activity.
• Setting directions and expectations for the activity.
• Monitoring eligibility and academic progress for the activity.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age, or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete and submitted BVSD online application
• Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English

Preferred:

• Must be available after school, evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of all aspects of middle school activity programming.
• Proven leadership qualities and successful experience in working with middle school students.

Salary Information:

Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.

*Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule).
