Responsibilities

• Schedule all leagues and tournament games.
• Schedule, manage, develop, and evaluate intramural officials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of intramural officials trainings.
• Organize and attend all officials trainings and clinics.
• Oversee Campus Recreation facilities during and after intramural events.
• Oversee the set up and take down of intramural or special events.
• Communicate effectively with all staff members.
• Provide disciplinary action to intramural officials and/or participants as necessary.
• Conduct and supervise captain’s meetings.
• Actively recruit participants.
• Complete all necessary forms and paperwork.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
