Job summary

UW-Superior is seeking a Student Supervisor- Level II for Competitive Sports. The role supports campus intramurals, scheduling leagues, managing officials, trainings, and event setup. Must be a currently enrolled UW-Superior student with strong customer service and organizational abilities.

The position offers 10–20 hours per week, with night and weekend availability. Compensation is $14/hour, reporting to the Recreation Program Manager and Campus Recreation leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student at UW-Superior in good academic standing.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all leagues and tournament games.
• Schedule, manage, develop, and evaluate intramural officials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of intramural officials trainings.
• Organize and attend all officials trainings and clinics.
• Oversee Campus Recreation facilities during and after intramural events.
• Oversee the setup and takedown of intramural or special events.
• Communicate effectively with all staff members.
• Provide disciplinary action to officials and/or participants as necessary.
• Conduct and supervise captain’s meetings.
• Actively recruit participants.
• Complete all necessary forms and paperwork.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
