Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Systems team. You will oversee intralogistics storage and automation projects, coordinating with vendors, customers, and Raymond West sales and credit staff to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, managing costs, and ensuring safety and quality standards across project milestones, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field or related area.
• PMP certification or bachelor’s degree in supply/logistics preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in storage and automation system projects.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate all project phases from assignment to final invoicing.
• Maintain gross profit margin and control costs.
• Create and publish project schedules with milestones.
• Distribute installation documents and coordinate site activities.
• Conduct site visits for milestones and closeout with client.
• Manage internal cost approvals and change orders.
