Job summary

Harkcon, Inc. seeks a Journeyman International Travel and Program Analyst to advance international cybersecurity and emergency communications priorities.

The role supports the agency-wide international travel process, provides traveler guidance, coordinates workflows, and assists with program-management activities. Location is National Capital Region with hybrid telework and onsite at DHS/CISA in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in federal program support, travel process administration, business or program analysis.
• Strong writing, organization, customer-service, data-management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive travel documentation, deadlines, records, and multiple concurrent requests with accuracy and discretion.
• Ability to safeguard Privacy Act, Sensitive but Unclassified, and other sensitive information per DHS requirements.
• Willingness to participate in calls or engagements outside normal core hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a repository for international arrangements and agreements with reporting responsibilities.
• Manage and improve the agency-wide international travel process and provide traveler guidance.
• Manage request letters for visas and official passports, including drafting, coordinating, clearing, transmitting, and delivering materials.
• Support international travel information sessions, FAQs, traveler communications, and trip-report collection and distribution.
• Draft analysis, reports, briefing materials, statistics, graphics, and charts on travel locations, volume, and trends.
• Coordinate with CISA offices and interagency partners to streamline international travel requirements and processes.
• Maintain webpages, internal platforms, dashboards, records, and information related to international activities.
