Qualifications

• Experience in federal program support and travel process administration.
• Strong writing, organization, customer-service, data-management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive travel documentation, deadlines, records, and multiple concurrent requests with accuracy and discretion.
• Ability to safeguard Privacy Act, Sensitive but Unclassified, and other sensitive information per DHS requirements.
• Willingness to participate in calls or engagements outside normal core work hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a repository for international arrangements and agreements with reporting responsibilities.
• Manage and improve the agency-wide international travel process and provide traveler guidance.
• Manage letters for visas and official passports, including drafting, coordinating, and delivering materials.
• Support travel information sessions, FAQs, traveler communications, and trip-report collection.
• Draft analyses, reports, briefing materials, statistics, graphics, and charts on travel locations and trends.
• Coordinate with CISA offices and interagency partners to fulfill travel requirements.
• Maintain webpages, internal platforms, dashboards, records, and information related to international activities.
