Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Florida Professional Certificate and content area certification required.
• 3–5 years of highly effective classroom teaching experience; VAM scores used for assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement instruction aligned with district curriculum and student needs.
• Develop and revise curriculum; select books and other instructional materials.
• Maintain classroom environment and manage behavior consistent with district guidelines.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with staff to support student growth.
• Evaluate student learning using multiple assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
