Interventional Territory Sales Manager - Southwest

Job summary

CQ Medical is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to cover the western United States in a fully virtual role. You will drive revenue, implement strategic sales plans, and maintain CRM data to support the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of medical device sales experience or 5+ years in outside sales, with strong computer and communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Occasional travel for product demonstrations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of sales experience in the radiation oncology medical device industry.
• Three+ years of sales experience in medical devices, or 5+ years outside sales experience in other industries.
• Experience in the medical field may be used as a substitute for sales experience requirements, as long as there is at least one year of sales experience, and the total experience between the medical field and sales is 5+ years.
• Exceptional computer and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue to meet annual revenue sales goals in specified territory.
• Establish an effective sales plan in line with the annual sales goals and execute and monitor a sales plan.
• Maintain current CRM information related to customers, leads and opportunities to effectively manage the sales process.
• Direct Sales Support Specialist to help execute sales to achieve annual goals.
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground to keep up with competitive products/services.
• Travel to facilities to conduct product demonstrations and in-services.
• Continue training on Multi-Modality Imaging related products and industry.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans in assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with customers through responsiveness and regular communication.
• Attain maximum customer satisfaction; resolve non-strategic issues with customers.
• Recruit new clientele and provide feedback on product coverage and competitive information.
• Report weekly and monthly sales figures to the Inside Sales representative and Director of Domestic Sales.
• Proactively increase product and industry knowledge on related products.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue to meet annual revenue sales goals in specified territory.
• Establish an effective sales plan in line with the annual sales goals and execute and monitor a sales plan.
• Maintain current CRM information as it relates to new and existing customer contacts, sales opportunities, leads and any other necessary information to effectively utilize the CRM in managing the sales process.
• Direct Sales Support Specialist to help execute sales to achieve annual goals.
• Be the “eyes” & “ears” on the ground to keep up with competitive product/services.
• Travel to facilities to conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and provide solutions.
• Continue on-going formal training on the Multi-Modality Imaging related products and industry.
• Assist in implementation of marketing plans in assigned territory.
• Maintain and improve upon relationships with customers in assigned territory through responsiveness, problem-solving and regular communication, and quote follow-up.
• Attain to reaching maximum satisfaction level of each customer.
• Resolve non-strategic issues with customers through internal communication and coordination.
• Locate and recruit new clientele and promptly and regularly provide any feedback gained from customers pertaining to product coverage, customer coverage or competitive information.
• Report on weekly and monthly sales figures in assigned territory to the Inside Sales representative and assigned Director of Domestic Sales.
• Proactively engage in increasing product and industry knowledge on Multi-Modality Imaging related products.

Location

This is a virtual position. The territory will cover the western US.
