Job summary

Atrium Health's Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a full-time advanced practice provider to join our cardiology team in Charlotte, NC. This role mixes inpatient rounds, consultations, admissions, and outpatient clinic duties with a focus on pre- and post-procedural care for coronary and valvular disease patients.

Applicants should have NP or PA licensure in North Carolina, plus prescriptive authority and DEA, with ACNP/AGACNP certification as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current NC NP/PA license to practice.
• Prescriptive privileges and DEA license required.
• ACNP/AGACNP training required by population served.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounds, consultations, admissions, and discharges.
• Clinic visits in outpatient setting with same day procedures where applicable.
• Maintain patient charts and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
