Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist at Wakefield. The role requires ARRT certification and NY DOH Radiologic Technologist with Injection licensure, with responsibilities spanning patient prep, image acquisition, and safety.

The candidate will maintain Epic and Philips Vue workflows, train staff, and handle labeling and record-keeping for exams and injections on evenings

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or equivalent.
• ARRT certification is required.
• New York DOH license as Radiologic Technologist with Injection is required.
• Knowledge of radiographic exposure equipment is essential.
• Excellent patient communication and interaction with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Patient and room preparation; enter data in Epic and other systems.
• Obtain cut film and digital images with proper exposure settings.
• Assist interventional radiologist during procedures and monitor fluoro time.
• Maintain imaging workflow in Epic and Philips Vue (PACS).
• Photograph and label digital images; ensure correct labeling and orientation.
• Maintain all records of films, fluoro time, injections, etc.
