Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Formal radiologic technology training meeting ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into Epic and other systems.
• Position patient correctly for the procedure.
• Obtain scout film and imaging data.
• Set up monitors, foot switches, table controls and lighting.
• Acquire high-quality radiographic/digital images for interpretation.
• Assist interventional radiologist during procedures.
• Monitor exposure factors and fluoroscopy time; operate injector when needed.
• Maintain imaging workflow in Epic and Philips Vue (PACS).
• Label and store final images for radiologist review.
• Maintain records of exams, injections and fluoro time.
• Observe radiation safety rules for patients and staff.
• Assist in training others and keep area orderly.
