Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking an Interventional Technologist I at Good Samaritan Hospital and Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. The role supports vascular, neurointerventional, and non-vascular imaging procedures with emphasis on patient safety and quality care.

You'll perform procedures, assist in patient care, and participate in education and performance-improvement initiatives within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent radiologic technology credential is required.
• ARRT certification within 90 days of hire; Maryland or Virginia license required on hire.
• BLS certification required on hire; CPR/NRP may be required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular, non-vascular, and/or neurointerventional procedures under supervision.
• Select appropriate factors, monitor patients, administer contrast per policy, and ensure age-appropriate care.
• Maintain sterile technique and function as scrub or circulating technologist as needed.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in training and education.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and effective patient flow throughout shifts.
