Job summary

MedStar Health in Baltimore, MD seeks an Interventional Technologist I. You will perform vascular, non-vascular, and neurointerventional procedures, utilizing sterile technique and supporting the radiology team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology required; or diploma/certificate from accredited program as described.
• ARRT certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Maryland or Virginia licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular, non-vascular, and/or neurointerventional procedures under supervision.
• Maintains sterile technique and assists as scrub or circulating technologist.
• Documents care in EHR and distributes final images to PACS.
• Participates in training and performance improvement initiatives.

Education

Associate's degree in radiologic technology

Technical Diploma or Certificate in Radiologic Technology (pre-2015 graduated)
