Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the Medical Director in a hospital/clinical setting in Ohio.

The role involves scrubbing for surgeries, preparing and storing radiographic images, and upholding radiation safety and patient confidentiality. BLS required; ARRT certification mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid radiologic technologist certificate (diagnostic).
• ARRT certification required; CV/VR certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.
• Two years radiologic tech experience with training in radiologic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Assist radiologist in fluoroscopic and x-ray examinations.
• Scrub and assist with surgeries alongside Medical Director.
• Prepare images for reading and upload to directory.
• Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety practices.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Radiologic Technologist (diagnostic radiologic technology) - state cert

ARRT certification

BLS certification

CV/Vascular-Interventional Radiology certification preferred
