UofL Health, Inc. is seeking an Interventional Technologist at University Hospital to support interventional radiology procedures, position patients, and manage equipment and imaging accuracy. You will work with the IR team to maintain safety and quality in a busy imaging suite.

Requirements include ARRT registration, KY Radiation Operator certification, BLS, and IR Registry within 2 years. Prior radiography experience is preferred in a collaborative health system environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with ARRT required; KY Radiation Operator certification.
• BLS required; IR Registry within 2 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Scrubs in and assists the physician in interventional radiology procedures.
• Circulates in the procedure room and procures all equipment.
• Maintains radiation safety practices and correct exposure parameters.
• Positions patients and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Operates imaging equipment and evaluates images for diagnostic quality.
• Trains new staff and participates in department meetings.
