Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a part-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to produce high-quality digital images and support interventional procedures. The role requires ARRT registration, AMA-approved Radiology education, and 1–3 years of radiology experience, including special procedures.

The position includes PRN requirements with 30 hours of work or on-call per month and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• - Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• - ARRT Registration.
• - 1-3 years Radiology experience in Hospital/Trauma environment.
• - 1+ yrs of experience specific to SPECIAL PROCEDURES (non-specific to Cath. Lab).
• - Knowledge of sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality digital images to demonstrate peripheral, viscera, and neurovascular systems.
• Selects and modifies exam protocols for diagnostic images.
• Operates angiographic equipment and assists radiologists during procedures.
• Maintains lab equipment readiness and manages contrast media.
• Provides pre/post procedure care and patient safety around the lab.
