Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK seeks a Radiologic Technologist for interventional radiology. The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility, with certification within 1 year of hire. Advanced IR certification is preferred.

Under the direction of the Interventional Radiology Clinical Coordinator, this individual must be able to operate all routine radiographic and interventional radiology equipment in a safe and proficient manner. This person must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered, or be registry eligible, with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. ARRT certification, if not held at the time of hire, is required within 1 year from the date of hire. Advanced certification in Interventional Radiology is preferred.
The incumbent must be able to produce high-quality radiographs and assist the radiologist with all different types of invasive and non-invasive procedures daily. Must be able to assist as a scrub tech during invasive procedures. Must be able to communicate with physicians, patients, families, and hospital personnel. Will participate in performance improvement initiatives. Will assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day-to-day operation of the department. This position requires 24 24-hour mandatory On-Call, also requiring a return time of 30 minutes or less to the hospital.
