Job description

Role Overview:

Performs or assists in cardiac, neuro, body, and vascular interventional procedures, ensuring equipment performance, patient care, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts invasive procedures such as embolizations, tumor treatments, and endovascular repairs, providing procedural assistance and managing digital imaging.
• Prepares patients, administers contrast media, and ensures radiation safety protocols are followed.
• Operates imaging equipment, reconstructs images, and maintains quality control and documentation standards.
• Maintains supplies, sterilizes equipment, and supports regulatory and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborates with clinical staff, educates patients, and reports procedural findings.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires certifications such as ARRT-R and advanced ARRT-VI, ARRT-CI, or ARRT-CV for radiology; or ARRT with RCIS or RCIS for cardiology.

Education includes radiologic technology training; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
