Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Virginia is seeking an Interventional Technologist to prepare patients and perform routine interventional radiology procedures. The role involves producing high-quality images for radiologists and assisting during diagnostic or therapeutic procedures in a sterile environment. Candidates should be ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology and have relevant experience in Interventional Radiology. Competitive schedule with potential for bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology; preferably CV registered.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required.
• Six months' relevant experience required in Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional procedures and confirm physicians' orders.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures on all patient age groups.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies.
