Job summary

Urologic Specialists in Schererville, IN seeks an Interventional Radiologic Technologist for a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime role starting mid-December 2026. You will assist physicians in interventional procedures and perform radiographic imaging with emphasis on patient safety and exam quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of IR tech experience, ARRT Radiography certification, and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiologic Technologist experience; urology experience strongly preferred.
• Associate Degree in Radiography from an accredited program.
• ARRT Radiography certification; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician to determine protocol and procedure.
• Obtain and record patient identification, medical history, or test results.
• Administer isotope dosage per department protocol.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Perform imaging and ensure image quality for interpretation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate imaging and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Document all clinical patient care data accurately.
