What You Will Do

1. The Interventional Radiology Technologist performs a variety of specialized invasive and non-invasive diagnostic radiologic procedures in collaboration with physicians, advanced practitioners, and the radiology team.
2. Operates diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographs for interpretation, adhering to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.

Shift: Day Shift

Description: Full-time 40 hours, Day shift, Call included, Cross Training Available

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Certification as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and willingness to maintain certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of supervisors
• Ability to recognize pathology and modify examinations accordingly for complete diagnosis
