What you will do:

The Interventional Radiology Technologist performs a variety of specialized invasive and non-invasive diagnostic radiologic procedures in collaboration with physicians or advanced practitioners and the radiology team. The technologist operates diagnostic imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for interpretation, adhering to ALARA principles.

• Type: Full-time
• Shift: Day Shift
• Description: Full-time 40 hours, Day shift, Call included, Cross Training Available

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Certification as a Radiographer by the ARRT and willingness to maintain certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and assume leadership in absence of supervisor
• Ability to recognize pathology and modify examinations accordingly
