Job summary

CHRISTUS Health Interventional Radiology Technologist role in Tyler, TX, supports fluoroscopy, CT, laser, and ultrasonography during vascular and neuroradiology procedures. You will help develop systems for smooth patient flow, assist with circulating and scrubbing, and ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requires ARRT Radiography, Texas MRT where applicable, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Five days, eight hours; onsite at CHRISTUS Health facilities with collaboration across radiology teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology is required.
• 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Radiography (R) by ARRT is required; Texas MRT (or equivalent) may be required where applicable.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of CHRISTUS Health competencies and drives patient-centered care.
• Maintains compliance with policies and standards of care.
• Supports radiologists and referring physicians to optimize exam throughput.
• Assists with patient teaching and preparation for procedures.
• Ensures PACS scanning and proper storage of completed exams.
