Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Formal radiologic technology training and ARRT certification.
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license with Injection in New York.
• Knowledge of Special Procedure/Angiographic Systems and radiographic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and room, position for procedures, and obtain scout films.
• Set imaging parameters to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Assist interventional radiologist during procedures with sterile equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment, monitor fluoro time, and document procedures.
• Label, store, and process images; maintain records and safety standards.
• Train staff and students in special procedures as needed.
