Community Health Systems in Laredo, TX seeks a Radiologic Technologist II to perform advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging under physician direction, supporting complex procedures while ensuring high-quality images and strict radiation safety.

In addition to clinical duties, this role helps with staff education, workflow coordination, and regulatory compliance, with ARRT certification and state licensure required.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as Radiologic Technologist required.
• 3-5 years of experience in special procedures, interventional radiology, or ambulatory surgical settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs interventional procedures with fluoroscopy and radiography as ordered.
• Verifies informed consent, prepares patients, explains procedures, and provides post-procedure instructions.
• Applies proper positioning and imaging techniques for high-quality diagnostic images.
• Assists physicians during procedures and supports equipment operation and flow.
• Maintains imaging equipment and ensures regulatory inspections are completed.
