Job Summary and Qualifications

• Assist Interventional Radiologist in specialized procedures.
• Ensure radiation safety.
• Administer IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.

Qualifications Needed

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician and MRT certification in Texas.
• ARRT Registered Radiographer.
• Vascular Interventional Radiology certification within 1 year of employment.
• Associate Degree from an AMA-approved radiology technology school.
• 3-5 years of experience in interventional radiology preferred.
