Job Summary and Qualifications

• Assist Interventional Radiologists in specials radiology procedures.
• Ensure radiation safety.
• Administer IV contrast in surgical/radiological settings.

Qualifications Needed

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician (MRT Texas).
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• Vascular Interventional Radiology certification within 1 year of employment.
• Associate Degree from an AMA-approved radiology technology program.
• 3-5 years of experience in specials interventional radiology preferred.
