Job Summary and Qualifications

• Assist Interventional Radiologist in Specials Radiology procedures.
• Ensure radiation safety.
• Administer IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician and MRT certification in Texas.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) required.
• Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology within 1 year of employment.
• Associate Degree from AMA-approved radiology technology school.
• 3-5 years experience in Specials interventional radiology preferred.
