Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an RT Radiology Interventional Technologist to join its IR team in Pennsylvania. You will perform interventional radiology procedures, administer contrast, and assist physicians, monitoring patient status and safety from newborn to geriatric.

Minimum qualifications include a Technical School Diploma in Radiology, 2 years general diagnostic radiology experience, 1 year interventional radiology experience, ARRT VI, PA RT, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Requires RT - Registered Technologist Radiology
• PA RT license
• BLS certification (within 90 days)
• Able to work in sterile IR environment
• Ability to work under stress and in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Performs interventional radiology procedures under fluoroscopy
• Administers contrast as prescribed
• Maintains sterile technique and room readiness
• Assists physician during procedures
• Documents procedures and patient data
• Monitors patient condition and responds to complications
