Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures across age groups. You will position patients, select protocols, operate imaging equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).
• BLS Certified
• Advanced ARRT certification in VI or CI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures across age groups.
• Positions patients and selects the correct imaging protocol.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures adherence to radiation safety policies.
• Completes all post-processing and documentation per established protocols.
