Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - IR Tech in California. The role involves performing imaging procedures under supervision, and working as a cross-trained Interventional Radiology technologist.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year as a licensed Radiologic Technologist in an acute facility, a CA CRT license, CPR certification, and ARRT with Fluoroscopy permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist in an acute healthcare facility.
• Current full certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the California Department of Health Services (CRT).
• Current CPR certification; ARRT and Fluoroscopy permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures under the general direction of the Radiology Manager and supervision of the Lead IR Technologist.
• Operate X-ray equipment and prepare the patient, room, equipment, supplies and contrast media.
• Charge supplies and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes.
• Support service-excellence in the Radiology Department.
