Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional radiology to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under supervision. You will operate radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment, maintain sterile technique, and assist physicians to ensure safe, efficient angiography/interventional processes.

Qualified candidates have ARRT-eligibility in Radiologic Technology and at least three years of radiologic experience, including IR, plus California-required licenses and BLS.

Qualifications

• Recent (within the last 12 months) minimum three years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, including one year recent experience in Interventional Radiology (IR).
• Graduation from an accredited ARRT-eligible program in Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure and/or certification requirements noted (ARRT and California-specific credentials).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced imaging equipment and apply radiation according to SOPs.
• Greet, position, and prep patients for angiography/interventional procedures.
• Assist Interventional Radiologists with equipment, trays, and patient prep.
• Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety throughout procedures.
• Monitor patient condition with EKG, BP, and pulse oximeter during procedures.
