Job summary

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiology (IR Tech) to join the team on day shifts, Monday to Friday, with four 10-hour shifts. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Cardiovascular/Radiology Technology or equivalent education/experience
• Interventional Radiology tech certification/registry preferred (RCIS/RTR)
• 1 year of interventional radiology or critical care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic interventional radiology care.
• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and document findings.
• Tailor care to individual cultural/ethical needs and plan routine transitional care.
• Ensure efficient delivery of care while prioritizing immediate needs and solution-oriented actions
