Job summary

Tenet South Carolina in Rock Hill, SC seeks an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a full-time staff position. The role involves performing interventional radiographic examinations, maintaining PACS records, and providing patient care across all ages.

Night and weekend call is required; ARRT registration and CPR certification are expected. The position offers a 40-hour work week, day shift with ongoing duties and a $27+ per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology school with an associate degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of job related experience preferred.
• Registered with ARRT; IV certification preferred; SCRQSA certification required; American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiographic examinations for patients of all ages using diagnostic imaging modalities; assess patient condition and operate imaging equipment.
• Maintain necessary patient records and participate in the departmental performance improvement program.
• Maintain imaging equipment, supplies and medications; ensure rooms are prepared for examinations.
• Serve as a clinical instructor for Radiologic Technology students.
• Night and weekend call is required.
