Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Supervisor to lead a skilled imaging team at the Weill Cornell campus. You will oversee daily IR operations, coach staff, and ensure efficient patient flow while maintaining high care standards.

The role requires ARRT Certification in CT or Interventional Radiology, NYS Radiologic Technologist license, and at least five years of progressive radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Interventional Radiology department
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of imaging professionals
• Coordinate patient flow and departmental throughput to support efficient, high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and ACR requirements
• Provide work direction, training, and ongoing staff support
• Conduct performance evaluations and staffing actions as appropriate
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance needs
• Assist with inventory management and recommend equipment and supply purchases
• Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
