Job summary

Northwell Health’s Department of Radiology seeks a Staff Interventional Radiologist to join Lenox Hill Hospital and the Goldman Pavilion in New York City. The role involves full-time IR practice within a thriving academic radiology division and a modern outpatient center opening in 2027.

The successful candidate will lead an expanding IR section, participate in resident and fellow teaching, and perform a wide range of procedures with state-of-the-art equipment. NYS licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an IR Fellowship at an ACGME-accredited institution.
• Currently board-eligible or board certified in IR/DR.
• Possess or ability to obtain an unrestricted NYS Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-time interventional radiology at Lenox Hill Hospital and Goldman Pavilion.
• Perform a broad range of IR procedures including angiography and embolization.
• Participate in teaching residents and fellows as part of a major academic radiology department.
