Downtown Evansville Inc. is seeking a Team Leader Registered Nurse (RN) for Interventional Radiology to provide clinical and operational leadership at Midtown and Gateway. The role oversees daily IR/CT operations, staff scheduling, patient access, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient care.

The Team Lead collaborates with physicians and leadership to optimize patient care, improve throughput, and drive quality and safety initiatives in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for IR at Midtown and Gateway.
• Manage workflow for IR and CT services.
• Develop and coordinate staff schedules and RN coverage.
• Coordinate nursing support for MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Improve patient access, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource and collaborate with physicians, staff, and leadership to optimize patient care.
