Job summary

Medical City Decatur in Texas is seeking a PRN RN for Special Procedures in Radiology. You will deliver professional nursing care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic or interventional procedures, perform assessments, and apply nursing interventions per the Nursing Process.

The role requires ACLS, BCLS, and PALS within specified timeframes, an RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• RN – Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 1 year of experience required; additional experience in area of specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers professional nursing care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic or interventional procedures in Radiology
• Performs assessments and nursing interventions per Nursing Process
• Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions
