Job summary

Medical City Decatur in Texas is seeking a PRN RN for Special Procedures in Radiology. You will deliver professional nursing care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic or interventional procedures, perform assessments, and apply nursing interventions per the Nursing Process.

The role requires ACLS, BCLS, and PALS within specified timeframes, an RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• RN – Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 1 year of experience required; additional experience in area of specialty preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications

Delivers professional nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic or interventional procedures in the Radiology Department. Performs assessments and medically delegated or nursing interventions meeting appropriate standards of care utilizing the Nursing Process. Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree

• 1 years experience Required Years of Experience
