Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio seeks a registered nurse to plan, deliver, document and evaluate patient care in an assigned area, following provider orders and established nursing standards.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS and listed certifications, with BSN preferred and CNOR/PACU/OR experience encouraged. Day shifts with biweekly 80 hours and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current RN license in Ohio.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS, PALS, PEARS listed; NRP preferred.
• BSN degree preferred; CNOR and PACU/OR experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care of patients in an assigned area.
• Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel and maintains documentation.
• Observes, assesses and reports on the patient condition.
