Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN in Hermiston, OR. The role requires bedside nursing care for invasive procedures, medication administration, and close patient monitoring in a high-paced IR environment.

Full-time position with day shift, on-call responsibilities, and a wage range reflecting experience. Interventional unit collaboration with physicians and the care team is essential to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Required: Current RN license in Oregon; BLS, ACLS.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, cath lab, or IR.
• Preferred: BSN; Certifications in IR related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for interventional procedures.
• Administer medications including anticoagulants and contrast.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals, sedation, and response to procedures.
• Act as patient advocate and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with room setup, equipment, and post-procedure turnover.
