Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking an Interventional Radiology Day RN for a 30-hour week, day shifts. The role includes pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for patients undergoing minimally invasive procedures.

Requires RN license in Oregon with BLS/ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale, with a preferred BSN. Responsibilities cover patient assessment, sedation support, vascular access, EMR documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Current RN license in Oregon; BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Certification.

Responsibilities

• Pre-procedure nursing assessments and education.
• Intra-procedure monitoring and support (Sedation RN, Circulating RN, Procedural Monitoring).
• Post-procedure care and recovery assessments.
• Coordinate care with procedural team and EMR documentation.
• Assist with equipment, supplies, and patient transfer/discharge.
