Job summary

Wayne UNC Health Care is seeking a Radiology Staff Nurse in the Imaging Department to provide nursing care for patients undergoing Interventional Radiology procedures. You will work with Interventional Radiologists, Anesthesiologists, and Radiology Technologists to ensure safe care during procedures.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Two years radiology, procedural or critical care nursing experience.
• Proficient with EPIC and MS Office; able to learn new software rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for radiology patients.
• Administer medications as ordered and report changes.
• Document care, plan, interventions, and status evaluations.
• Lead and supervise teammates as assigned and support others.
