Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an RN for the Interventional Radiology area at the Main Campus in Cleveland. The role involves nursing support for image-guided vascular and non-vascular procedures, sedation monitoring, and collaboration with the procedural team.

Preferred candidates have ACLS and ICU or critical care familiarity. The position requires a valid RN license, BLS, and at least one year of RN experience. Weekend on-call is required periodically.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• One year RN experience.
• OR substitution: LPN with 2 years in the same dept may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during diagnostic or therapeutic services for hospitalized patients.
• Assess patients; complete nursing assessments and document findings.
• Perform telephone triage and call rotations.
• Administer treatments and medications; monitor sedation.
• Establish care plans with patients, families, and health team.
• Coordinate ongoing care and discharge planning.
