Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced registered nurse to work full-time in a Day shift setting (4x10's) with on-call responsibilities. You will perform diverse clinical procedures, implement the nursing process, and address age-specific patient needs.

Responsibilities include pre/post procedure care, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Candidates must have active nursing licenses and relevant ICU/ED perioperative experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor's Nursing preferred.
• Active ACLS/BLS certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in ICU/CCU/ED/IMCU and perioperative nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of clinical procedures under supervision.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care for invasive, interventional and surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy, comfort and safety and maintain accurate records.
