Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab to assess, position, and prep patients for procedures, including conscious sedation and monitoring. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years in interventional radiology or peri-procedural care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures; perform sedation and monitoring.
• Prepare, implement, and document plan of care; communicate patient condition to physician.
• Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.
• Set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures.
