MEP Health in a fast-paced radiology environment is seeking a registered nurse to support interventional procedures, monitor patients under moderate sedation, and coordinate pre- and post-procedure nursing care.

You will maintain aseptic technique, follow radiation safety standards, document care in the EMR, collaborate with radiologists and technicians, and respond quickly in emergent situations to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.

• Active RN license in the appropriate state.

Key Duties Include

• Assist with interventional radiology procedures and ensure patient safety throughout.
• Monitor and assess patients under moderate sedation and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide and coordinate pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and comply with radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate care.
• Accurately document care in the EMR and communicate clinical findings.
• Act promptly and effectively during emergent situations.

Qualifications/skills:

RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking, sedation monitoring competence, knowledge of infection control and radiation safety, accurate EMR documentation, and the ability to work effectively in high-acuity, team-based settings.
